Notre produit phare est le RN13. Avec son packaging original, ce vin dit de pique nique, a tout d’un grand vin. En rouge comme en blanc le RN 13 est issu de vignes cultivées à bas rendement. C’est le vin de la passion, de la joie, de l’amour du travail bien fait. Nous avons aussi une petite nouveauté qui commence à faire du bruit : notre Cuvée “Windmill”. En rouge comme en blanc ce vin audacieux rencontre un vif succès à Paris auprès des connaisseurs et des néo-consommateurs qui découvrent ce vin avec surprise et délectation.

Un nez puissant sur des notes de fruits noirs mûrs, de réglisse et de confiture. On sent la présence de la garigue qui entoure les vignes dont sont issus les raisins vinifiés pour ce vin. La matière en bouche est structurée et souple. Bel équilibre entre des tanins présents mais soyeux.

Le RN13 Rosé est limpide et raffiné. Arômes de fraise et framboise au nez, expressif en bouche par sa vivacité et sa légère sucrosité à l‘étonnant parfum de bonbon anglais. Servir froid.

Le RN13 blanc est un vin très riche et complexe sur le plan aromatique, digne des plus grands vins blancs de France. Il allie souplesse, vivacité, matière et longueur en bouche. Servir froid.

Windmill Rouge
Alain Coumont et Gilles Valeriani ont produit ce vin atypique en mariant le savoir-faire d’un créateur en cuisine et l’audace des nouveaux vignerons. La cuvée “Windmill” provient de parcelles de Cabernet Sauvignon et de Syrah cultivées à bas rendement en agriculture biologique.

Arrivés à parfaite maturité ces raisins ont donné un vin ample avec une robe soutenue, un nez intense de mûres sauvages et une bouche tout en harmonie qui s’adaptent à merveille avec toutes sortes de viandes rôties et de grillades. Servir froid.
